The Founder

Hi, I’m Sahiba.

A traveller, a dreamer, and a storyteller at heart.

Some of you have known me for over 13 years, from the very beginning of Wanderlust by Sahiba. And if you’ve been around that long, you probably remember that Wanderlust wasn’t always about clothes.

It started with my love for finding beautiful, quirky, unusual little things.

I would travel, explore markets, discover interesting products and bring back things that caught my eye. Things with character, things that felt a little different, things that had a story to tell.

I think I’ve always been a collector of sorts. Not just of beautiful objects, but of places, experiences, memories and stories.

And then, somewhere along the way, clothing happened.

Wanderlust slowly found its way into fashion, and what followed was a journey I could never have imagined. But the girl who loved wandering through little shops, discovering hidden treasures and finding beauty in unexpected places never really went anywhere.

She’s still very much here.

I’ve always been a traveller and a storyteller at heart. I love books that take me into another world, long conversations over coffee, unhurried mornings, discovering little cafés in unfamiliar cities and those spontaneous detours that sometimes turn into the best part of a trip.

I love places that feel lived in. Homes with books on the shelves, flowers on the table, a mix of old and new, and little things collected over the years. Spaces that don’t necessarily follow a particular aesthetic, but have a personality of their own.

And I think that love has always found its way into everything I do.

GRAIN HOME isn’t really a new love. It’s an old one finally finding its own little space.

A place where I get to bring together everything I’ve always been drawn to — beautiful objects, interesting details, a little nostalgia, a little whimsy, and pieces that make everyday living feel special.

After all these years of building Wanderlust, starting GRAIN HOME feels like opening another chapter of the same story. One that feels a little more personal, a little closer to home.

I’m still the same girl who gets excited about finding a beautiful little shop on a quiet street, who can spend hours looking at ceramics, who loves a good cup of coffee and who believes that the smallest things often bring us the most joy.

Only now, I get to share a little more of that world with you.

And whether you’ve been here since the early Wanderlust days or are discovering GRAIN HOME for the first time, I’m so glad our paths have crossed.

Here’s to beautiful things, little discoveries, and all the stories we collect along the way.

With love,

Sahiba
